摘要:
采用水解酸化-接触氧化-微电解-MBR-RO组合工艺深度处理印染废水并回用于生产。实际运行情况表明,该工艺处理效果较好,运行稳定。RO系统出水CODCr<10 mg/L,并无悬浮物,无色;浓水CODCr、SS、色度分别为125 mg/L、17 mg/L、8倍,浓水出水水质远优于《污水综合排放标准》GB 8978-1996三级标准,直接接入城市污水管网。

Abstract:
Hydrolysis acidification -contact oxidation -micro-electrolysis -membrane bioreactor -reverse osmosis process has been used for advanced treating and reusing printing and dyeing wastewater.The result shows that the process runs steadily with very good efficiency.The conditions of CODCr of the pure water effluent in the reverse osmosis system are<10 mg/L,without suspended solid and colorless.The CODCr,SS and chroma of the concentrated effluent are 125 mg/L,17 mg/L and 8 times respectively.The water quality of the concentrated water is much better than the Third Class Standard of Integrated Wastewater Discharge (GB 8978-1996) and can discharge into the municipal wastewater pipelines.
