微波强化Fenton氧化—MBR组合工艺处理邻氨基苯甲酸废水

o-Aminobenzoic acid wastewater treatment by complex process of microwave-assisted Fenton oxidation-MBR

摘要:

采用微波强化Fenton氧化—膜生物反应器组合工艺处理邻氨基苯甲酸废水.结果表明,该工艺可将进水COD1800~2000mg/L、邻氨基苯甲酸4.3~21.3mg/L的生产废水处理至出水COD63mg/L、邻氨基苯甲酸0.24mg/L.出水水质优于《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978—1996)一级排放标准.冲击负荷试验表明,当进水COD提高到2850mg/L时,膜生物处理出水COD>130mg/L,冲击后在3d内恢复正常.周期试验表明,反硝化对COD的去除和pH调节有重要作用,缺、好氧反应的时间对膜反应器的正常运行有重要影响.

Abstract:

A membrane bioreactor (MBR) coupled with microwave-assisted Fenton oxidation system has been used for treating o-aminobenzoic acid (OABA) wastewater.The results show that when the wastewater is treated by this technology, the COD of influent 1 800-2 000 mg/L and OABA 4.3-21.3 mg/L will be lowered to COD of effluent 63 mg/L and OABA 0.24 mg/L.The effluent water quality is better than that of the First Class Standard of Integrated Wastewater Discharge(GB 8978—1996).The experiment of impact loading result shows that the MBR treated effluent is under 130 mg/L, when the COD of influent has been increased to 2 850 mg/L.The system can return to normal in 3 d after the impact.The periodic test of MBR indicates that denitrification has important influence on removal rate of COD and adjustment of pH.The time proportion of anaerobic and aerobic reaction has important influence on the normal running of MBR.
