华能丹东电厂工业废水处理系统优化改造

摘要:

华能丹东电厂工业废水集中处理系统建成10年来由于多方面原因一直未能全面投运。为进一步开展节能减排工作,从处理设备、在线监测系统、运行方式及安全性等方面对现有工业废水集中处理系统进行了优化改造,改造后处理系统总排放口各项水质控制指标均达到国家《污水综合排放标准》的一级标准,且处理系统更加简洁、操作方便、运行安全可靠、经济性好,是一次成功的优化改造工程。

关键词: 废水处理, 优化改造, 混凝澄清

Abstract:

Completed for ten years,the industrial wastewater treatment system of Huaneng Dandong Power Plant has not been fully operated for many reasons.In order to save energy and reduce pollutant emission,the industrial wastewater treatment system was optimized from aspects of treatment equipment,on-line monitoring system,operation mode and security.After the optimization,the quality of discharged water meets the first class of Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard.Moreover,the treatment system becomes more short and economic,and can be operated more easily and safely.Therefore the optimization work is successful
