内蒙古某电厂循环冷却水系统阻垢缓蚀试验研究

Experiment research of scale and corrosion inhibition in circulating cooling water system in a thermoelectric power station of Inner Mongolia

摘要:

针对某火电厂具体水样,通过静态试验、动态模拟试验和旋转挂片腐蚀试验,分析了阻垢剂种类、加入量等因素对系统结垢的影响,并对阻垢药剂的阻垢缓蚀性能进行了试验研究。试验结果表明:由ATMP、HPMA、HEDP复配的1#阻垢药剂在质量浓度为10mg/L时,阻垢率最高,安全浓缩倍率达到2.50,年污垢热阻为2.21×10-4m2·℃/W,符合火电厂安全、高效的运行标准,更适合该火电厂使用。

Abstract:

The type of scale inhibitor,dosage and other factors influence to the water recovery condenser tubing scaling is analysed through some research to the scale inhibitor's rust inhibition,the kinetic simulator and revolves the lacing film experiment.The result shows that when concentration of pharmaceutical is 10 mg/L,No.1 scale inhibitor reaches its best effect,the concentration percentage of safety gets 2.50 and the fouling resistance is 2.21×10-4 m2·℃/W,which is more suitable to be used and meets the safe and effective movement standard in thermoelectric power station
