多污染因子水配合回用网络分析

Water matching reuse network analysis for water with multiple pollution factors

摘要:

综合利用水资源、优化相应网络、降低用水量与废水量排放量是当前我国各行业的迫切需求。在回用水网络设计与分析中,多污染因子水系统的优化向来是其中的关键。在用水污染物传质模型的基础上,提出了适用于单或多污染因子水系统,根据各用水操作进出口极限条件进行水流股配合回用的水网络优化方法,并以此方法对某石化企业炼油事业部含油水系统用排水网络进行优化设计, 达到考虑单污染因子节水24.29%~33.30%,多污染因子节17.76%的效果。该方法大大简化了水网络设计的算,为石化行业水资源利用的优化提供了重要的依据。

Abstract:

Because of the lack of water, every industry in China needs comprehensive utilization of water resources, optimizing corresponding network and reducing the quantities of water being used and discharged wastewater. Optimizing of water systems with multiple pollution factors is always its key point. On the basis of pollution mass transfer model, a water system that is suitable for both single and multiple pollutants is put forward. The method of water network optimization of water current matching reuse has been carried on according to the in and out limit condition.And, this method has been applied to the water discharge network for the oil containing water system network of an oil refining department in a petrochemical enterprise. When water with single pollution factor is treated, 24.29%-33.30% of water is saved, and when water with multiple pollutant factors is treated 17.76% of water can be saved.By this method, the calculation of water network design has been greatly simplified. It provides important reference for the optimization of water resources utilization in petrochemical industry.
