水包水聚丙烯酰胺在压裂废水处理中的应用

Application of water-in-water polyacrylamide to the treatment of fracturing wastewater

摘要:

研究了水包水阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺水处理剂在油田压裂废水中的应用。研究结果表明:水包水阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺与聚合氯化铝复配用于大庆油田压裂废水的处理工艺中,可使絮凝反应时间缩短到1 min以内、处理后水的浊度可降低到6 NTU、pH达到中性、COD从原水的4 973 mg/L下降为530 mg/L,去除率88.2%;结合活性炭吸附及膜处理工艺,使处理后出水的COD达到61.3 mg/L。

Abstract:

The water-in-water cationic type polyacrylamide and its application to the treatment of the fracturing fluid wastewater are described. The results show that when polyacrylamide and polyaluminium chloride as composite flocculant in the treatment of wastewater of Daqing Oilfiled fracturing wastewater are used, the flocculating times can be reduced within 1 min. The turbidity of wastewater is reduced to 6 NTU, pH of wastewater is neutrality, and the COD is reduced from 4 973 mg/L to 530 mg/L, the removal rate reaches about 88.2%. Furthermore, by the combination of active carbon absorption with ultrafiltration, the COD of treated water decreases to 61.3 mg/L.
