微波促进类Fenton反应催化氧化降解染料吖啶橙

Degradation of acridine orange by microwave-promoted Fenton-like reaction

摘要:

分别以Fe3+、Fe2O3/Al2O3为催化剂,在微波的协同作用下进行Fenton降解染料吖啶橙模拟废水的研究,考察了溶液pH、H2O2用量、催化剂用量等因素对其降解效果的影响。结果表明,催化剂与微波存在协同效应,当分别以浓度为1.6×10-4 mol/L的Fe3+、Fe2O3/Al2O3为催化剂,其最佳投加量分别为24 mL/L、8.0 g/L,pH为3.5,30%H2O2投加量为40μL/L时,可取得最佳降解效果,吖啶橙的降解率分别达到99%、97%以上。

Abstract:

Using Fe3+, Fe2O3/Al2O3 as catalysts respectively, the Fenton degradation of acridine orange simulated wastewater by the synergistic effect of micro-wave has been studied. The effects of the factors, such as pH of the dyestuff solution, H2O2 and catalyst dosages on degradation efficiency are investigated. The results show that there have been synergistic effect of micro-wave in the presence of catalysts Fe3+ or Fe2O3/Al2O3. The Fe3+ concentration is 1.6×10-4 mol/L,and the catalysts are Fe3+ and Fe2O3/Al2O3. When their optimum dosages are 24 mL/L, and 8.0 g/L, respectively, both pH are 3.5, and the dosage of 30% H2O2 is 40 μL/L, the optimum degradation rate of acridine orange can be obtained. Their degradation rates are more than 99%,97% respectively.
