The treatment of low concentrated ammonia-nitrogen wastewater in the extraction vanadium from coal stone by MAP precipitation

摘要:

采用磷酸铵镁沉淀法处理石煤提钒沉钒母液中低浓度的氨氮,研究了pH﹑沉淀药剂﹑温度及反应时间对氨氮脱除效果的影响。结果表明:调节废水pH=10.3、以MgCl2.6H2O和Na2HPO4.12H2O为沉淀剂、n(NH4+)∶n(Mg2+)∶n(PO43-)=1.0∶1.3∶1.2、20~30℃搅拌反应60 min,可将废水中的氨氮由297 mg/L降低至10.8 mg/L,达到国家综合污水排放标准(GB 8978—1996)中的Ⅰ级标准。

Abstract:

Magnesium ammonium phosphate precipitation process has been used for removing medium-low concentrated ammonia-nitrogen from the mother liquid in the extraction and precipitation of vanadium from coal stone.The effects of influential factors,such as pH,precipitation dosages,reacting times and temperature on the removal of ammonia-nitrogen are studied.The results show that the ammonia-nitrogen in wastewater can be reduced from 297 mg/L to 10.8 mg/L,achieving first class of Standard of National Integrated Wastewater Discharge(GB 8978— 1996),when pH is 10.3,participants are MgCl2.6H2O and Na2HPO4.12H2O,n(NH4+)∶n(Mg2+)∶n(PO43-)=1.0∶1.3∶ 1.2,reacting time 60 min,and reacting temperature 20-30 ℃
