摘要:

流花油田通过化学药剂优化项目的实施,确定采用国产化的清水剂TS-786A和破乳剂Pro-7821替代之前应用的国外产品;通过对破乳剂及清水剂的加药点及加药量进行调整优化,发现将破乳剂的部分投加后移到生产分离器油相出口,不但可以使生产分离器及外排水水质得到明显改善,而且可以大大减少化学药剂的用量,在为油田节约了生产成本的同时,大大提升了油田的节能减排。

Abstract:

Through the implementation of optimizing chemical agents,Liuhua Oilfield has decided to use water clarifier TS-786A and demulsifier Pro-7821 instead of the formerly used imported products. Through the adjustment and optimization of the injection point and dosage of the demulsifier and water clarifier,it is found that moving the demulsifier which has been partly added to the oil phase exit of separator can not only greatly improve the separator and the discharged effluent water quality,but also decrease the consumption of chemical agents. At the time of saving production cost,the energy saving and emission reduction for the oilfield is upgraded greatly,as well.
