选择性生物强化处理苯胺与易降解基质共存废水

摘要:

向序批式活性污泥反应器中投加对甲苯胺降解菌(Stenotrophomonas sp. AT1-3),强化易降解有机物蔗糖与对甲苯胺共存废水中对甲苯胺的生物降解。研究结果表明:生物强化有助于提高污泥沉降性,并引起pH的急剧下降。电导率和TDS的下降趋势具有一定的对应关系。生物强化能提高对甲苯胺降解率。试验中强化组出水中对甲苯胺浓度远低于对照组,去除率由40%提高到70%以上,且在研究的近百个周期内效果保持稳定。

Abstract:

p-toluidine-degrading bacteria(Stenotrophomonas sp. AT1-3) has been added to sequencing batch acti-vated sludge reactors, so as to enhance the bio-degradation of p-toluidine in easily degradable organic sucrose and p-toluidine coexistence wastewater. The results show that bioaugmentation contributes to enhance sludge settling ability and lead to sharp decline in pH. The downward tendency of conductivity has certain corresponding relations to TDS. Bioaugmentation can improve p-toluidine degradation rate. In the tests, the p-toluidine concentration in enhanced group effluent is much lower than the contrasted group. The degradation rate has increase from 40% to 70%, and its degradation efficacy keeps stable in nearly one hundred period of the research.
