污泥快速颗粒化降解有机物过程研究

Studies on the degradation of organic matter by sludge rapid granulation

摘要: 在SBR反应器中驯化培养好氧颗粒污泥。考察颗粒污泥物理性能变化和有机物降解效果,研究好氧颗粒污泥在低浓度有机废水中的适应性。实验结果表明,污泥颗粒化进程快,反应器运行第14天时,出现粒径为3~6 mm,表面光滑有光泽的颗粒污泥,对COD的去除率保持在85%以上;降低COD后,NH3-N、TP的去除率分别为74%和90%;系统对甲醇有去除作用但效果不理想,最终去除率只达到24.28%。

Abstract: The aerobic granular sludge has been cultured in a sequencing batch reactor(SBR). The physical capacity change of aerobic granular sludge and degradation effectiveness of organic matter are investigated. Moreover, the adaptability of aerobic granular sludge in low-concentration wastewater is inspected. The results show that the sludge granulation proceeds fast. When the reactor has run for 14 d, the granular sludge with a diameter of 3-6 mm and smooth and shiny surface appears. Its removing rates on COD maintains at 85% or more. After the COD gets lower, the removing rates of NH3-N and TP are 74% and 90%, respectively. It is detected that the system has removing effect on methanol, but its effectiveness is not satisfactory, being only 24.38%, at last.
