煤矸石沸石吸附氨氮废水试验研究

Experimental study on the adsorption of coal gangue zeolite for ammonia nitrogen wastewater

摘要: 以煤矸石和高炉渣为原料合成了2种新型沸石,研究吸附工艺对2种沸石吸附氨氮废水效果的影响并初步研究了吸附机理。实验结果表明:2种沸石吸附氨氮的最佳工艺条件为:沸石投加质量浓度24 g/L,振荡时间分别为60、45 min,废水pH=7;最佳条件下,沸石对氨氮的去除率最高达63%;吸附等温方程表明:Freundlich方程能更好地描述2种合成沸石对氨氮的吸附行为。

Abstract: Two kinds of new zeolite have been synthesized by using coal gangue and blast furnace slag as raw materials. The effects of the adsorption process on the adsorbing effectiveness for ammonia nitrogen wastewater with the two kinds of new zeolite are studied and its adsorption mechanisms are studied preliminarily. The experimental results show that the optimum process conditions for adsorbing ammonia nitrogen by the two kinds of zeolite are as follows:zeolite dosage 24 g/L, vibration time 60 min and 45 min, respectively, and wastewater pH=7. Under these conditions, the removing rate of ammonium nitrogen is as high as 63%. The isothermal adsorption equation shows that Freundlich equation can better describes the adsorption behavior for ammonium nitrogen with the two kinds of zeolite.
