Adsorption capacity of soft polyurethane foam plastic for high-concentration phenol

摘要:

针对苯酚质量分数为4.407 3%的酚醛废水, 研究了聚氨酯软泡(SPF)对苯酚的静态、动态吸附特性及再生性能。结果表明, 常温下动态吸附60 mL废水, 当pH为2~4, SPF质量为3.899 0 g时, 苯酚去除率为97.53%;饱和SPF在常温下可用质量分数为6%的NaOH进行再生;经过80次疲劳实验, 苯酚去除率仍保持在94%以上(最大为98.76%)。Langmuir模型能更好地描述SPF对苯酚的吸附行为。

Abstract:

Aiming at the phenolic aidehyde wastewater whose phenol mass fraction is 4.407 3%, the static and dynamic adsorption capacity and regeneration capacity of soft polymethane foam(SPF) for phenol have been studied. The results show that under room temperature, dynamic adsorption for 60 mL of wastewater, when pH is in the range of 2 to 4, and SPF mass is 3.899 0 g, the phenol removing rate is 97.53%. Saturated SPF can be regenerated with NaOH whose mass fraction is 6%, under room temperature. After 80 times of fatigue tests, the phenol removing rate is still over 94%(the maximum is 98.76%). Langmuir model can describe the SPF adsorption behavior for phenol better.
