活性炭负载Fe0去除水中Cr(Ⅵ)的实验研究

Experimental research on the removal of Cr(Ⅵ) from water using activated carbon loaded with zero valent iron

摘要:

采用蒸气水解-H2气相还原的方法制备了Fe0并将其负载到活性炭上,用于含Cr(Ⅵ)模拟废水的吸附去除。实验结果表明负载Fe0活性炭对Cr(Ⅵ)的最大吸附量比普通活性炭提高了1.1倍,达到26.02 mg/g,对于低浓度的Cr(Ⅵ)去除率可达100%,氧化还原-共沉淀是其主要去除机理。

Abstract:

Vapor hydrolysis-H2 gas reduction method has been used for preparing Fe0,loading it on activated carbon,and applying it to the adsorption removing of simulated wastewater containing Cr(Ⅵ). The results show that the maximum adsorption capacity of the Fe0-loaded activated carbon is 26.02 mg/g,which is 1.1 times higher than that of common active carbon. Its removing rate could reach 100% when the concentration of Cr(Ⅵ) is low. Its main reaction mechanism is redox-coprecipitation.
