线路板油墨废水深度净化的中试研究

Pilot study on the advanced purification of highly concentrated ink wastewater from PCB industry

摘要:

采用Fenton氧化+电絮凝+膜过滤+活性炭工艺对东莞某线路板生产企业的废水进行处理,通过中试实验考察了该工艺的可行性。结果表明:此工艺的COD去除率为99%,氨氮的去除率达98%,对TP的去除率达78%~90%,对TN的去除率达99%,对Cu、Pb、Cr、Ni的去除率分别为98.38%、98.16%、59.11%、57.61%,出水水质均达到(GB 21900—2008)表3标准的要求。

Abstract:

A combined process,Fenton oxidation-electrocoagulation-TMF-activated carbon,has been used for the treatment of printed circuit board(PCB) ink wastewater in a circuit board industrial enterprise. Based on pilot tests, the feasibility of the combined process is investigated. The research results show that the COD removing rate is 99%, removing rate of ammonia-nitrogen 98%,removing rate of total phosphorus 78%-90%,removing rate of total nitrogen 99%,and removing rates of copper,lead,chromium and nickel are 98.38%,98.16%,59.11%,57.61%,respectively. The effluent quality can meet the third class criterion requirements specified in the Discharge Standards of Electroplating Pollutants in China(GB 21900—2008).
