零价铁-碳-铜耦合生物法处理化工废水的中试研究

Pilot-scale study on the treatment of chemicals-containing wastewater by zero-valent Iron-carbon-copper coupled biochemical process

摘要:

通过制备一定比例的零价铁-碳-铜(MFe-C-Cu)混合填料,耦合A2O生化工艺处理集中式混合化工废水,进行3个月的连续流中试试验。结果表明:当集中式化工废水处理厂进水水质满足该厂接管标准即COD≤500 mg/L,NH3-N≤50 mg/L,TN≤80 mg/L,MFe-C-Cu耦合水解酸化对于有机氮氨化率提高15%以上,最终出水主控指标满足《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)一级A标准,相比较原出水水质,COD去除率提高10%,NH3-N去除率提高20%,TN去除率提高10%以上。

Abstract:

Continuous pilot-scale tests have been conducted for 3 months on the treatment of centralized wastewater containing mixed chemicals,through preparing a kind of mixed filling material containing zero-valent iron,carbon and copper(MFe-C-Cu) in fixed proportions,coupled to A2O biochemical process. The results show that when the influent water quality of the centralized chemicals-containing wastewater treatment plant meets the requirements for the controlling standard,namely,COD≤500 mg/L,NH3-N≤50 mg/L and TN≤80 mg/L,the organic nitrogen ammonification rate by MFe-C-Cu coupled hydrolystic acidification is increased by 15% or more. The main controlling indexes of final effluent can meet the requirements for the First Level A standard specified in the Pollutant Discharge Standard for Urban Wastewater Treatment Plants(GB 18918-2002).Compared with the original effluent water quality,the COD removing rate is increased by 10%,NH3-N by 20%,and TN removing rate is increased by 10% or more.
