摘要:

研究采用UV-Fenton联合的方法深度处理紫胶洗色废水,通过单因素实验研究了各因素对紫胶洗色废水污染物降解的影响。基于Box-Behnken复合原理,通过数学回归模型和响应曲面法优化得到UV-Fenton氧化法深度处理紫胶洗色废水的最优条件:初始pH=3.0,H2O2投加质量浓度为13.7 g/L,FeSO4投加质量浓度为0.6 g/L,反应时间为2.0 h。最优条件下的COD去除率达87.37%。

Abstract:

The UV-Fenton combined method has been applied to the advanced treatment of lac washing wastewater. Through single factor experiments,the influences of various factors on the degradation of the pollutants in lac washing wastewater are studied. Based on Box-Behnken composite principle,and through mathematical regression model and response surface methods,the optimum conditions for the advanced treatment of lac washing wastewater by UV-Fenton oxidation process are obtained as follows:initial pH is 3.0,mass concentration of H2O2 13.7 g/L, FeSO4 mass concentration 0.6 g/L,and reaction time 2.0 h. Under the optimum conditions,the wastewater COD removing rate achieves 87.37%.
