NiO/Al2O3催化臭氧化污水厂出水试验研究

Experimental research on the effluent treated by NiO/Al2O3 catalytic ozonation in wastewater plants

摘要: 采用中试装置,考察了NiO/Al2O3催化臭氧技术深度处理城市污水厂出水的可行性。结果表明,NiO/Al2O3催化剂加大了臭氧在水中的溶解度,并促进羟基自由基的产生,相同条件下,NiO/Al2O3催化臭氧化工艺对COD、DOC、NH4+-N、NO3--N的去除率分别为50.4%、49.3%、57.6%、35.1%,比单独臭氧工艺分别提高了25.7%、27.5%、46.8%、31.2%。在催化剂投加质量浓度10 g/L,臭氧投加量53.3 mg/min,水力停留时间30 min下,出水COD满足《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838—2002)Ⅴ类标准。NiO/Al2O3催化剂稳定性良好。

Abstract: The feasibility of catalytic ozonation technology for the advanced treatment of effluent in urban sewage plants has been investigated. The results show that NiO/Al2O3 catalytic ozonation can improve the solubility of ozone in water,and accelerate the production of hydroxyl radicals. Under the same conditions,the removing rates of COD, DOC,NH4+-N and NO3--N by NiO/Al2O3 catalytic ozonation process are 50.4%,49.3%,57.6% and 35.1%,respectively. The results are higher than that of ozone alone by 25.7%,27.5%,46.8% and 31.2%,respectively. When the mass concentration of the catalyst is 10 g/L,O3 dosage 53.3 mg/min and hydraulic retention time 30 min,the effluent COD reaches Class Ⅴ standard,specified in the Standard of Environmental Quality Standards for Surface Water(GB 3838-2002). NiO/Al2O3 catalyst has good stability.
