摘要: 以呼伦贝尔金新化工5080项目为例,探讨了煤头合成氨厂废水的分质处理和回用。其中,针对以BGL为工艺的煤气化废水,采用“除油+水解酸化+SBR+BAF+澄清+过滤”工艺,系统运行稳定,处理成本低,出水可满足气化炉水循环补水使用要求。SBR设计采用曝气器与潜水搅拌机配合方式实现好氧与缺氧状态交替运行,对氨氮有很好的去除效果,同时还能大幅度降低能耗。

Abstract: Taking Hulunbeier Jinxin Chemical 5080 Project as an example,the separated treatment and reuse of coal to ammonia wastewater is discussed. The "oil removal+hydrolysis acidification+SBR+BAF+clarification+filtration" process has been used for treating the coal gasification wastewater produced by BGL technology. The system runs stably,and its treatment costs are low. The effluent can meet the requirements for the circulating make-up water in the gasifier. The coordinate form of aerator and submersible mixer makes the aerobic and anaerobic states run alter-nately. The SBR designed method can remove ammonia nitrogen efficiently and reduce the energy consumption sub-stantially.
