水力空化降解亚甲基蓝反应动力学分析

Analysis on reaction kinetics of methylene blue degraded by hydrodynamic cavitation

摘要: 为探究水力空化对有机物的降解反应速率,在不同入口压力下,采用不同结构的孔板空化反应器进行了亚甲基蓝降解动力学研究。结果表明,较高的入口压力会增大水力空化对亚甲基蓝的降解反应速率;多孔孔板空化器降解亚甲基蓝的效果优于单孔孔板空化器,并且孔数越多空化效果越强。孔板空化器作用下的亚甲基蓝降解过程均符合一级反应动力学,反应速率由大到小为49孔 > 25孔 > 单孔,半衰期由小到大为49孔 < 25孔 < 单孔。

Abstract: In order to explore the degradation reaction rate of organic matter by hydrodynamic cavitation,pore-plate cavitation reactors with different structures under different inlet pressures have been used for the kinetics research on methylene blue degradation. The results show that when the inlet pressure is relatively high,the degradation rate of methylene blue by hydraulic cavitation can be increased. The degradation effect of methylene blue by porous orifice is better than that of single-hole orifice. In addition,the more holes,the stronger cavitation effect. The methylene blue degradation process under the action of porous cavitator is in accordance with the first order reaction kinetics. The se-quence of reaction rate is 49 holes > 25 holes > single hole,and the sequence of half-life period is 49 holes < 25 holes < single hole.
