焦化废水处理中碳平衡研究

摘要: 针对焦化废水处理过程中产生的挥发性有机物不仅污染环境还会造成碳源损失的现状,选取焦化废水中具有代表性的苯酚为污染物,以A2/O工艺为载体,通过对A2/O工艺厌氧、缺氧、好氧3个阶段的碳指标测定,分析反应过程的碳平衡,得到碳源的去向:64.9%转移至固相,8.9%残留在液相,19.8%转移至气相,且转移至气相的总碳中包含4.1%的有机碳,充分说明焦化废水处理过程会逸散大量的挥发性有机物至大气。

Abstract: In view of the fact that the volatile organic compounds generated in the process of coking wastewater treatment not only pollute the environment but also cause the loss of carbon, the representative phenol in coking wastewater has been chosen as pollutants. Using the A2/O process as a carrier, through the determination of carbon index in the three anaerobic,anoxic and aerobic stages of A2/O process, the carbon balance in the reaction has been analyzed, and the whereabouts of carbon sources could be obtained,64.9% has been transferred to solid phase,8.9% remained in liquid phase,and 19.8% transferred to gas phase. In addition, the total carbon transferred to gas phase contains 4.1% of organic carbon, which fully indicates that a large number of volatile organic compounds can be dissipated into the atmosphere in the process of coking wastewater treatment.
