聚环氧琥珀酸衍生物阻钙垢性能及生物降解性研究

Study on calcium scale inhibition and biodegradation of polyepoxysuccinic acid derivatives

摘要:

以马来酸酐(MA)、L-精氨酸(LAr)、氢氧化钠等原料制备了聚环氧琥珀酸衍生物(LAr-PESA),研究其对碳酸钙和硫酸钙的阻垢及缓蚀性能。探讨了LAr-PESA的生物降解性,以及碳酸钙和硫酸钙垢的晶型变化。结果表明:LAr-PESA阻碳酸钙、硫酸钙垢的性能和缓蚀性能明显好于PESA,当Ca2+分别为1 000、7 200 mg/L,LAr-PESA质量浓度为8 mg/L时,阻碳酸钙和硫酸钙的阻垢率分别达到91.2%、94.5%。质量浓度均为120 mg/L时,LAr-PESA的平均缓蚀率比PESA提高了10%。LAr-PESA是一种易降解的综合阻垢缓蚀剂。

Abstract:

Polyepoxysuccinic acid derivatives(LAr-PESA) are prepared from maleic anhydride(MA), L-arginine (LAr) and sodium hydroxide. The scale inhibition and corrosion inhibition properties for calcium carbonate and calcium sulfate are studied. The biodegradability of LAr-PESA and the crystal form change of calcium carbonate and calcium sulfate scale are discussed. The results show that the scale of calcium carbonate and calcium sulfate and corrosion inhibition performance of LAr-PESA are significantly better than PESA. When Ca2+ is 1 000 and 7 200 mg/L, and the mass concentration of LAr-PESA is 8 mg/L, the scale inhibition rates of calcium carbonate and calcium sulfate are 91.2% and 94.5%, respectively. When the mass concentration is 120 mg/L, the average inhibition rate of LArPESA is 10% higher than that of PESA. LAr-PESA is a comprehensive scale and corrosion inhibitor that is easy to be degraded.
