Preparation of bentonite/Fe3O4/Fe0 composite catalyst and its catalytic capability

摘要:

采用氧化共沉淀法制备膨润土/Fe3O4/Fe0新型复合催化剂,并将其作为非均相类Fenton催化剂应用于高效氟氯氰菊酯农药模拟废水的降解。SEM、TEM、XRD和VSM等的表征结果显示,制备的催化剂Fe3O4与Fe0结构稳定,有较好的磁性,便于回收利用。降解实验结果表明,对于100 mL模拟废水,在m(Fe0):m(Fe3O4)=0.8,初始溶液pH=3.0,30% H2O2投加量为0.25 mL,催化剂投加量为0.40 g,反应时间为40 min的条件下,COD去除率为73.41%。膨润土/Fe3O4/Fe0是一种稳定的新型催化剂,重复利用性能优良。

Abstract:

A new type of bentonite/Fe3O4/Fe0 composite catalyst was prepared by in-situ oxidation-precipitation method. Then it was used as a heterogeneous Fenton-like catalyst for the treatment of beta-cyfluthrin simulated wastewater. SEM, TEM, XRD and VSM characterization results showed that the prepared catalysts Fe3O4 and Fe0 had stable structures, good magnetic properties and easily recyclable ability. Degradation experiment results showed that when the ratio of m(Fe0):m(Fe3O4) was 0.8, initial solution pH was 3.0, 30%H2O2 dosage was 0.25 mL, and catalyst dosage was 0.40 g, the COD removal rate in 100 mL simulated wastewater was 73.41% after reaction for 40 min. Bentonite/Fe3O4/Fe0 is a new catalyst showing excellent stability and reusability.
