电絮凝法和传统混凝法深度除磷费用和效益比较

摘要:

磷是导致水体富营养化的主要因素,目前我国污水总磷排放要求不断提高。电絮凝法和传统混凝法是常用的化学除磷方法,基于生命周期评价和生命周期费用,对比了在不同出水磷浓度时,采用铝电极的电絮凝法和以聚合氯化铝(PAC)为混凝剂的传统混凝法的环境影响、费用和生态效率。结果表明,在出水磷浓度相同时,电絮凝法和传统混凝法除磷的生命周期影响相近,电絮凝法生命周期费用低、生态效率高。两种方法对环境影响贡献最大的分别是电絮凝法运行过程中消耗的铝电极和传统混凝法运行过程中消耗的PAC,对费用贡献最大的是污泥处理处置过程。出水要求的磷浓度越低,电絮凝法和传统混凝法的环境影响、费用升高,生态效率下降。电絮凝法费用低、生态效率高、占地小、池体构造简单、操作简便、易于控制,且除磷效果优于传统混凝法,具有替代传统混凝法用于深度除磷的优势。

Abstract:

Phosphorus is one of the main factor of eutrophication. The requirement of total phosphorus in sewage discharge is increasing in China. Electrocoagulation and chemical coagulation are commonly used chemical phosphorus removal methods. Through life cycle assessment and life cycle cost analysis,the environmental impact,cost and eco-efficiency of electrocoagulation with aluminum electrodes and chemical coagulation with polyaluminium chloride(PAC) as coagulant under different phosphorus concentration in effluent were compared. The results showed that the environmental impact of electrocoagulation and chemical coagulation were similar under the same effluent phosphorus concentration,while electrocoagulation had lower life cycle cost and better eco-efficiency. Among the two methods,the aluminum electrode consumed during the operation of electrocoagulation and PAC consumed during the operation of chemical coagulation contributed most to the environmental impact,and the treatment of sludge contributed most to the life cycle cost. The phosphorus concentration in effluent was lower,the environmental impact and cost of electrocoagulation and chemical coagulation were higher,and the eco-efficiency was lower. Electrocoagulation had the advantages of low cost, high eco-efficiency, small land occupation,simple structure,simple operation,easy control,and better phosphorus removal efficiency than chemical coagulation. It had the advantages to replace the chemical coagulation for deep phosphorus removal.
