负载型三维电极-电Fenton法处理活性艳橙X-GN废水

Treatment of reactive brilliant orange X-GN wastewater by three-dimensional electrode-electro-Fenton method

摘要:

三维电极-电Fenton法是一种在电Fenton的基础上引入三维电极电催化技术的新型高级氧化法,在水处理中得到了广泛的应用。用过量浸渍煅烧法制备负载型三维电极,以采用该电极的三维电极-Fenton法处理活性艳橙X-GN废水。通过试验研究了pH、电压、Na2SO4投加量、Fe2+投加量对处理效果的影响,并采用响应曲面法最优化实验条件。结果表明,当试验pH=4.7,电压为20.39 V,Na2SO4投加量为2.13 g/L,Fe2+投加量为2.5 mmol/L时,COD和色度去除率可以达到85.41%和92.18%。负载型三维电极-电Fenton法对活性艳橙X-GN废水的色度和COD均具有较理想的处理效果。

Abstract:

The three-dimensional electrode-electro-Fenton method is a new advanced oxidation method that introduces three-dimensional electrode electrocatalytic technology on the basis of electro-Fenton,which has been widely used in water treatment. The activated brilliant orange X-GN wastewater was used as the treatment object,and the loaded three-dimensional electrode was prepared by excessive impregnation calcination method. The effects of pH,voltage,Fe2+ dosage and electrolyte concentration on the treatment effect were studied by experiments,and the experimental conditions were optimized by response surface method. The results showed that under the condition of pH 4.7,the supply voltage 20.39 V,the dosage of Na2SO4 2.13 g/L,and the dosage of Fe2+ 2.5 mmol/L,the removal rates of COD and chromaticity could reach 85.41% and 92.18%. The loaded three-dimensional electrode-electro-Fenton method has ideal treatment effect on the chromaticity and COD of reactive brilliant orange X-GN wastewater.
