Rapid determination of trace aldicarb and carbofuran in water by HPLC-MS/MS

液相色谱质谱法快速测定水中痕量涕灭威和克百威

Abstract:

A rapid determination method of trace aldicarb and carbofuran in water by high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry was established. Water samples were separated by C18 column. The data was collected and analyzed with dynamic multiple reaction monitoring under ESI positive ion mode. The internal standard method was used for quotatives analysis. The results showed that aldicarb and carbofuran had good linearity(r ≥ 0.998), in the range of 0.020-0.640 μg/L and 0.005-0.160 μg/L respectively. The detection limits of aldicarb and carbofuran were 0.02 μg/L and 0.005 μg/L respectively. The recoveries were 90.4%-102% and RSD were 2.2%-18.4% at low, medium and high spiked concentration.

摘要:

建立了快速检测水中痕量涕灭威和克百威的高效液相色谱-质谱方法。水样经C18柱分离,在电喷雾离子源正离子模式下,利用动态多反应监测模式采集数据,采用内标法进行定量分析。结果表明,涕灭威和克百威分别在0.020~0.640、0.005~0.160 μg/L范围内线性关系良好(r ≥ 0.998),方法检出限分别为0.02、0.005 μg/L。低、中、高3个加标浓度水平下,加标回收率为90.4%~102%,相对标准偏差为2.2%~18.4%。
