Abstract:

H₂O₂ is a common oxidant in advanced oxidation technology due to its high efficiency and safety advantages. Among the many synthesis methods of H₂O₂，the electrochemical synthesis of H₂O₂ is a green and environmentally friendly technology，but the waste electrolyte in the production process causes environmental pollution. In this work，decomposable NH₄HCO₃ was used as the electrolyte to in situ synthesize H₂O₂ electrochemically. Meanwhile，the effects of current density，reactor configuration and electrolyte concentration on the synthesis of H₂O₂ were investigated，and the differences between NH₄HCO₃ and Na₂SO₄ electrolytes were explored. The results showed that when the electrolyte concentration was 50 mmol/L，（237±2） mg/（L·h） and （327±2） mg/（L·h） H₂O₂ were synthesized respectively in the single-chamber and double-chamber reactors at 20 mA/cm². At the same time，a green advanced oxidized phenol degradation system was built，UV was used to rapidly catalyze H₂O₂ to generate ·OH for degradation of phenol. The results showed that phenol could be degraded rapidly and completely in a single chamber reactor within 120 min under low power UV condition.

H₂O₂因其安全高效的优势成为高级氧化技术中的常用氧化剂。在H₂O₂的众多合成方法中，电化学合成法是一种绿色环保的技术方法，但其生产过程中产生的废弃电解液存在污染环境的问题。本研究以可分解的NH₄HCO₃作为绿色电解液电化学原位合成H₂O₂，考察了电流密度、反应器构型、电解液浓度对H₂O₂合成的影响，探究了NH₄HCO₃与Na₂SO₄电解液的差异性。结果表明，在电流密度为20 mA/cm²、NH₄HCO₃电解液浓度为50 mmol/L时，单室、双室反应器可分别高效累积合成（237±2） mg/（L·h）和（327±2） mg/（L·h）的H₂O₂。同时本研究搭建了绿色高级氧化苯酚处理系统，利用UV催化在NH₄HCO₃电化学体系中原位合成的H₂O₂快速产生·OH，进而高效降解苯酚。结果表明，在低功率UV条件下，该系统单室反应器可在120 min内快速完全降解废水中的苯酚。
