某海岛类污水处理厂脱氮工艺设计

摘要:

以某海岛类生活污水处理厂为例,针对其TN高达150 mg/L、碳氮比 < 3的高总氮类水质特点,选择适合的水处理工艺。介绍了AAOA—MBR系统及碳源投加系统的主要设计参数,并分析工程投资估算和运行成本。全地下水厂结构投资占比大、水厂规模小、加药成本高、运输费用高等是经营成本较高的主要原因。工程实际运行结果表明,采用AAOA—MBR工艺处理该海岛生活污水,出水水质可稳定达到《城市污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)的一级A水质标准要求。

Abstract:

Taking an island type domestic sewage treatment plant as an example, according to the water quality characteristics of TN as high as 150 mg/L and carbon-nitrogen ratio less than 3, the suitable water treatment process was selected. The main design parameters of AAOA-MBR system and carbon source dosing system were introduced, and the investment estimation and operation cost of the project were analyzed. The analysis results showed that the main reasons of the high cost of unit operation were the large proportion of structural investment, the small scale of water plant, the high cost of dosing and the high cost of transportation. The actual operation results of the project showed that AAOA-MBR process was adopted for the wastewater of the island, and the effluent quality index was stable up to class A water quality standard in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB 18918-2002).
