复合混凝吸附法处理碱性品红废水的研究

摘要:

提出了由两级处理组成的复合混凝吸附处理碱性品红废水的工艺。一级处理的适宜条件为每升废水中加ZY-03絮凝剂20mg(以Fe3+计),烟道灰20g,Ca(OH)2调节pH为9~10,PAM为1mg.出水再用GAC作二级处理。经二级处理后的各项水质指标均达到了GB8978-88规定的一级排放标准。

Abstract:

A process fo r tr eating basic mag enta w astew ater by composit e- coagulatio n adsor ption is proposed. The process consists of two gr ades of treatment. T he appropriate treatment cond-i tions of the first grade ar e, ZY ?? 03 flocculant 20 mg ( Fe3+ ) /L, flue dust 20 g/ L, pH 9~ 10 adjustment with calcium hydroxide and PAM 1 mg/ L. The effluent is then treated with GAC adsor ption method as the second grade treatment. All w ater quality indexes of the final effluent can meet the first category integ rated wastewater discharge standard ( GB8978?? 88).
