摘要：
针对油田含油污水,研制开发出新型横向流除油器。该设备由聚结板区和分离板区构成。水流在设备内沿水平方向流动,油垂直向上移动,泥垂直向下滑动,处理后水质不会产生二次污染等问题。用该设备处理大庆油田含油污水效果良好,完全可以代替现有工艺中的自然沉降罐和混凝沉降槽。

Abstract:
The new type transverse flow oil separator is ex ploited fo r treating the oil-bearing sew age in the oilfield.It is constructed of coalescence boards and separation boards, because the current f low s along the horizontal direction, the oil moves upwards vertically, and the mud glides dow nw ards vertically in the equipment.The treated w ater w ill not be polluted secondly.The separator can be used to treat the oil-bearing sew age in Daqing Oilf ield w ells with good results.So, it can substi tute g ravi ty pot s and coagulation pots w hich are used in present technology.
