聚合硫酸铁在粉丝废水中的混凝效果研究

摘要:

主要研究了聚合硫酸铁的不同的水解形态对粉丝废水混凝效果的影响。并通过烧杯混凝实验分析了投加量以及pH对聚合硫酸铁在粉丝废水中的混凝效果的影响。实验发现:碱化度在0.1~0.2时混凝效果最好。随着熟化时间的延长,中聚态铁转化为高聚态铁,聚合硫酸铁的混凝性能降低。用聚合硫酸铁处理粉丝废水是可行的,COD去除率可高达80%。

Abstract:

The effect of different hydrolysis characteristic of poly-ferric sulfate (PFS) on the coagulation in starch wastewater is mainly studied. By jar tests, the effect of the PFS dosage and the pH value of the wastewater on the coagulating efficiency of the PFS in starch wastewater is analysed. The tests show that the coagulating efficiency is the best when the alkalinity is between 0.1 ~ 0.2. With the prolonging of aging time, the middle polymeric PFS is converted into the high polymeric PFS, the coagulating efficiency of PFS is getting lower. It is feasible to treat starch wastewater with PFS. The removal rate of COD can be as high as 80%.
