絮凝法处理退浆废水的实验研究

Study on the treatment of desizing wastewater by flocculation

摘要:

退浆废水水量较大,污染性强,可生化降解性差。将自制的新型聚硅酸硫酸铝复合絮凝剂用于退浆废水处理,并与其他絮凝剂的处理效果做对比,发现该絮凝剂用量较少,产生絮体时间短,矾花大而实,沉降快。通过考察探索出了适宜的絮凝条件:250mL废水中该絮凝剂投加量为4.00g,温度控制在30℃,pH调节为4,搅拌时间为2 min。在此条件下退浆废水COD由22736 mg/L降低到6053 mg/L,COD去除率达到73%。废水的色度由原来的250倍降低到30倍,去除率为88%。所得絮凝清液回用于退浆工序,絮凝沉淀物可用作粉煤的黏结剂。

Abstract:

Desizing wastewater is characterized by great quantity, high temperature, strong alkalinity and serious pollution to the environment. The self-made flocculant, polyaluminum silicate sulfate, has been used for treatment of desizing wastewater and its efficiency has been compared with other kinds of flocculants. It is found that this kind of flocculant is characterized by less quantity, short period for floc producing big and solid floc, fast sedimentation. The optimumconditions have been investigated: the dosage of flocculant is 4.00 g, temperature 30℃, pH=4, and stirring time 2 min. Under these conditions, COD of the desizing wastewater drops to 6 053 mg/L from 22 736 mg/L and COD removal rate is up to 73%. The chroma of the wastewater drops to 30 times from 250 times, and its removal rate is 88%. The clear fluid gained from flocculation can be recycled in desizing process, and the flocculation sedimentation can be used for the adhesive of coal powder.
