改性聚合硫酸铝的制备及其对焦化废水的处理

Preparation of modified polyaluminum sulfate and its application to the treatment of coking effluent

摘要:

采用凝胶法并加入有机酸,制备出盐基度为27.8%、稳定性好的改性聚合硫酸铝。以此为混凝剂,取生化处理后的焦化废水,进行混凝实验,得出最佳投加量为3.0mL/L,最佳pH为6.5~7.5;CODCr去除率可达55.5%,酚去除率可达61.3%,总氰去除率可达83.7%,浊度去除率可达90.2%,色度去除率可达97%。

Abstract:

Polyaluminum sulfate, whose alkalized degree is 27.8% and has good stability, has been prepared by using gel method, adding some organic acid. Use it as coagulant and take some biodegraded coking effluent to carry on the coagulation experiment. The optimum dosage is 3.0 mL/L and the optimum pH range is 6.5-7.5. Under the optimum conditions, the removal rates of CODCr, phenol, T-CN, turbidity and chroma are 55.5%, 61.3%, 83.7%, 90.2% and 97% respectively.
