摘要:
采用电-Fenton法处理皂素生产废水,主要考察反应时间、pH、电流密度、电极电压、空气流量对废水COD和色度去除率的影响。通过试验得到最佳反应条件:反应时间90 min,pH=4.0,空气流量0.25 m3/(h.L),电流密度10 mA/cm2,电极电压24 V。在此条件下,COD和色度的去除率分别达到91%和93%以上。

Abstract:
The electro-Fenton technology has been used for treating saponin wastewater.The main influential factors,such as reaction time,pH,current density,voltage,and air flow are investigated.The results show that the optimum conditions are as follows:reaction time=90 min,pH=4.0,current density=10 mA/cm2,voltage=24 V and air flow= 0.25 m3/(h·L).Under these conditions,the removal rates of COD and chroma are above 91% and 93% respectively.
