摘要:
研究采用单级并联式电絮凝反应器,处理含Zn2+和Cd2+两种重金属离子的高浓度、强酸性冶金废水。主要分析了pH、电流密度和电解时间对反应器处理效果的影响,并优化了运行参数,同时对耗电量和电流效率进行了分析。结果表明,在pH=9,电解时间为100 s,电流密度为6 mA/cm2条件下,两种重金属离子出水浓度均满足GB25466-2010排放标准,去除率接近100%,耗电量低于0.21 kW.h/kg,电流效率大于100%。

Abstract:
Monopole type and paralleled electro coagulation reactor has been used for treating highly concentrated and strong acidic metallurgical wastewater which contains two kinds of heavy metallic ions,Zn2+ and Cd2+.The effects of pH,current density and electrolysis time on the treatment efficiency of the reactor are analyzed,and the operation parameters are optimized.At the same time the electric consumption and current efficiency are also analyzed.The results show that when pH is 9,electrolysis time 100 s,current density 6 mA/cm2+,the both of the effluent water concentration of the two kinds heavy metallic ions can meet the requirements of discharge standard(GB 2+5466- 2+010) and its removing rate is close to 100%,power consumption is less than 0.21 kW·h/kg,and current efficiency would exceed 100%.
