摘要:

针对某医药化工生产废水污染物浓度高、成分复杂、氨氮含量高的特点,采用微电解—催化氧化—A/O联合处理工艺对其进行处理。介绍了其工艺流程、工艺参数及运行效果。工程运行结果表明,在进水COD≤8000mg/L、氨氮≤450 mg/L、SS≤500mg/L时,出水COD、氨氮、SS的去除率可分别达到96%、93%、98%,处理效果稳定,出水水质可达到国家污水综合排放标准GB 8978—1996二级排放标准要求。

Abstract:

According to the characteristics of some medicine intermediate wastewater,such as high concentration ,complex components,and high ammonia nitrogen,the wastewater has been treated by the combined process,micro-electrolysis-catalytic oxidation-A/O. Its process flow,process parameters,and operating results are introduced. Therunning results show that when COD≤8 000 mg/L,ammonia nitrogen≤450 mg/L and SS≤500 mg/L,the removingrates of COD,ammonia nitrogen and SS could reach 96%,93% and 98%,respectively. The treatment effect is stableand the final effluent could reach Grade Ⅱof Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard ( GB 8978—1996).
