移动式微电解技术处理化工染料废水研究

Research on the mobile-type microelectrolysis technique for the treatment of chemical dyestuff wastewater

摘要: 采用移动式铁炭微电解技术对染料废水进行预处理,以提高废水的可生化性。试验结果表明:在染料废水初始COD约为2000 mg/L,铁炭比为1:1,pH为3.0,停留时间为30 min,并进行适量曝气的条件下, COD去除率可达到45%左右,色度去除率达到99%以上,废水可生化性提高将近4~5倍,且该装置能连续运行40 d以上。利用移动技术解决了固定床的板结问题。移动式铁炭微电解技术可作为高浓度难降解工业废水的预处理技术。

Abstract: Mobile-type Fe/C microelectrolysis technique has been used for the pretreatment of dyestuff wastewater, to enhance the biodegradability of dyestuff wastewater. The results show that the COD removing rate and decolorization rate could be up to about 45% and above 99%, respectively, when the initial COD of dyesstuff wastewater is 2000 mg/L, the volume ratio of Fe/C 1:1, pH 3.0, hydraulic retention time 30 min, under proper aeration condition. Under these conditions, the biodegradability of the wastewater can be improved nearly 4-5 times, and the system can run continuously for more than 40 d. Making use of the mobile technique has solved the caking problem of fixed bed. Mobile-type Fe/C microelectrolysis technique can be used as the pretreatment technique for refractory wastewater with highly concentration.
