Preparation of Fe-doped TiO2-coated hollow microspheres photo-catalyst and its application

摘要: 采用溶胶凝胶法将TiO2用Fe(Ⅲ)改性并负载玻璃微珠制得复合光催化剂,探讨煅烧时间、Fe-Ti原子比、煅烧温度等因素对催化性能的影响,确定最佳制备条件,并对其进行表征。结果表明,最佳制备条件:V钛酸丁酯V乙醇V硝酸V去离子水=5∶20∶0.4∶1,Fe-Ti原子比为4%,煅烧温度500 ℃,煅烧时间2 h。在自然光条件下反应0.5 d,TOC降解率复合催化剂比P25高8.61%。

Abstract: The composite photo-catalyst has been made from TiO2 modified with Fe(Ⅲ)and coated on hollow glass microspheres by sol-gel method. The influences of the factors,such as the calcination time,Fe-Ti atomic ratio, calcination temperature,etc. on catalytic performances are discussed,the optimal preparation conditions determined and the composite photo-catalysts characterized. The results show that the optimum preparation conditions are as follows:V钛酸丁酯:V乙醇:V硝酸:V去离子水=5:20:0.4:1,Fe-Ti atomic ratio 4%,optimum calcination temperature 500 ℃, and optimum calcination time 2 h. After having reacted for 0.5 d under natural light,the TOC degradation rate of composite catalyst is 8.61% higher than that of P25.
