摘要:
采用铜渣与双氧水构成类Fenton体系处理H酸废水,考察了铜渣投加量、双氧水投加量、铜渣粒径和初始pH等因素对处理效果的影响。结果表明,在n(H2O2):m(COD)=55 mmol/g、n(H2O2):m(铜渣)=10 mmol/g和初始pH=3的条件下,反应180 min,COD及TOC去除率分别为70%和40%,比其他矿物类Fenton体系对H酸废水的处理效果有明显改善。铜渣在酸性条件下是H2O2氧化有机污染物的有效催化剂,有工业应用可能性。

Abstract:
Fenton-like system composed of copper slag and hydrogen peroxide was used to treat H-acid wastewater. The effects of copper slag input, hydrogen peroxide addition, copper slag particle size and initial pH on the treatment effect were investigated. The results show that under the conditions of n(H2O2):m(COD)=55 mmol/g, n(H2O2):m(copper slag)=10 mmol/g and initial pH=3, the removal rates of COD and TOC were 70% and 40% after 180 minutes of reaction. Compared with other mineral Fenton-like systems, the treatment effect of H acid wastewater was significantly improved. Copper slag is an effective catalyst for H2O2 oxidation of organic pollutants under acidic conditions, and has industrial application possibilities.
