摘要:

随着压裂技术在非常规油气田开发中的广泛应用,压裂过程中产生的高COD、高矿化度和高固体悬浮物的压裂返排液也随之增多。压裂返排液处理困难、处理成本高,成为制约油气田高效经济开发的关键因素之一。压裂返排液的深度处理和再利用技术成为油气开采行业关注的焦点。从压裂返排液的预处理、高级氧化处理、生物处理、脱盐技术和联合处理方法等方面综述了国内外压裂返排液的处理方法和研究现状,并对不同处理技术的研究现状进行了分析总结,进一步阐述了压裂返排液的深度处理和再利用存在的相关问题,阐明了压裂返排液深度处理的趋势和未来发展方向。

Abstract:

With the wide application of fracturing technology in the development of unconventional oil and gas fields, the fracturing flowback fluid with high COD content, high mineralization and high suspended solids generated during the fracturing process has also increased. Difficulty and high cost of fracturing flowback fluid treatment have become one of the key factors restricting the efficient and economic development of oil and gas fields. The deep treatment and reuse technology of fracturing flowback fluid has become a focus of attention in the oil and gas extraction industry. In this paper, the treatment methods and research status of fracturing flowback fluid of domestic and abroad were reviewed from the aspects of pretreatment,advanced oxidation treatment, biological treatment, desalination technology and combined treatment method. The research status of different treatment technologies was analyzed and summarized, and the relevant issues of deep treatment and reuse in fracture flowback fluid were further elaborated, the trend of the deep treatment and the future development direction of fracture flowback fluid were elucidated.
