对氨基酚废水处理工艺的研究

Study of the technique on removing p-aminophenol from wastewater

摘要:

对由硝基苯催化氢化生产对氨基酚 (PAP)产生的废水提出了新的治理方案, 并对其进行了深入的研究, 同时也提供了相应的治理工艺。结果表明, 废水经过处理完全可满足国家废水的排放标准。该方案要旨如下 :于室温、中性条件下, 在对氨基酚废水中加入甲醛 (甲醛与PAP物质的量比为 2 ), 静置 24h, 滤除生成的不溶性聚合物, 再将废水经KMnO4氧化、活性炭吸附即可达到国家排放标准。相应的工艺简便可行、运行稳定。

Abstract:

A new method of the removal of p-aminophenol wastewater is studied, while the nitrobenzene produced p-aminophenol by catalytic hydrogenation, and the techniques of removing p-aminophenol are recommended. The result shows that it can reach the requirement of China wastewater dischange standard. The detail of this method is adding farmalin to the wastewater by the mol ratio of 2(formalin/p aminophenol)25 ℃, pH=7. Filter the mixture out after 24 h. Then the filtrate is oxidized by KMnO4 and absorbed by active carbon. Thus the result shows that the technique is easy and reliable.
