涤纶废丝生物接触氧化法处理石化废水

Application of biological contact oxidation method by using waste terylene silk on the treatment of petrochemical wastewarter

摘要:

以涤纶废丝作填料,采用生物接触氧化法直接处理石油化工有机废水。对有关试验数据进行拟合,依次得出了COD去除率分别与气水比、接触停留时间及容积负荷等参数之间的规律性关系。在夏天试验中,还考察了氧化出水COD与生物相之间的关系。优化控制工艺参数为:气水比(30~40):1,接触时间6~8h,COD容积负荷1.0~1.6kg/(m3·d)。工业应用结果表明,COD1500~1800mg/L的石化有机废水,处理后COD可降至150mg/L以下,COD去除率能达到90%以上。出水水质能达到国家二级排放标准要求。

Abstract:

Biological contact oxidation method has been directly used to treat petrochemical organic wastewater with waste terylene silk as filling. Regular relationships are respectively derived from the removal rate of COD with process parameters such as the ratio of gas with water, contact retention time and cubage organic load by processing relative test data. During the summer test period,the relationship has also been studied on effluent COD with biological phase. The optimal control technical parameters are that the ratio of gas with water is (30-40):1,contact time is 6-8 h and cubage organic load COD)is 1.0-1.6 kg/(m3?d).The industrial application results show that the effluent concentration of COD is less than 150 mg/L after the treatment and the removal efficiencies of COD could arrive at above 90% for the petrochemical organic wastewater whose influent concentrations of COD varies in the rang of 1 500-1 800 mg/L. The effluent water quality can meet the second grade of the national discharge standards.
