摘要:

总结了A2/O法处理焦化废水的一个实例。实践证明,A2/O法处理焦化废水是可行的,关键是在好氧段中要培养出足够的硝化细菌。工程实际运行结果表明,该系统运行稳定,出水中的酚、氰、CODCr和NH3-N等指标均达到国家标准。酚由400mg/L降到0.5mg/L以下,氰由4mg/L降到0.5mg/L以下,CODCr值由3000mg/L降到150mg/L以下,NHCr-N由70mg/L降到15mg/L以下。废水处理量为260m3/h。

Abstract:

An example of A2/O process for treating coking wastewater is summarized. It is proved feasible. The key technology is that enough nitrobacteria in the aerobic phase are cultivated. Through the start-up and production adjustment, the treatment system has realized stable operation. The indexes such as phenol, cyanide, CODCr and NH3 - N in effluent have all reached the national standard. The phenol content is degraded from over 400 mg/L to below 0.5 mg/L. The cyanide content is degraded from over 4 mg/L to below 0.5 mg/L. The CODCr value is degraded from over 3 000 mg/L to below 150 mg/L. The NH3 - N content is degraded from over 70 mg/L to below 15 mg/L. The wastewater load is 260 m3/h.
