重金属捕集剂WY5处理综合铜、镍废水的研究

Study on the treatment of copper and nickel wastewater with heavy metal chelating agent, WY5

摘要:

制备了重金属捕集剂WY5并用于广东某线路板厂综合废水的处理研究,从投药量与铜、镍的去除效果的关系等方面进行了研究,探讨了WY5去除铜、镍的机理。研究发现用WY5处理该类废水,无需调节pH,操作简单,可使出水的铜、镍达到国家排放标准。实际生产中可以直接利用WY5进行废水处理,也可与传统的方法结合应用。

Abstract:

Heavy metal chelating agent, WY5 has been prepared and used in the treatment of comprehensive wastewater froma circuit board plant in Guangdong Province. The copper and nickel removing effect and the dosage of WY5 are contrasted. The mechanisms of copper and nickel removing of WY5 are discussed. It is found that when WY5 is used for treating these kinds of wastewater no adjustment of pH is needed and the operation is simple. And, the copper and nickle in effluent water reaches national discharge standard. In production, WY5 can directly be used for treating wastewater or used in combination with traditional methods.
