摘要:
同时运行两套60 L/h的曝气生物滤池(BAF)中试装置处理化肥厂工业废水。数据表明上向流工艺比下向流工艺有更好的COD和氨氮去除率。当COD负荷在3.49 kg/(m3.d)时,上向流出水COD为45 mg/L,去除率为89.5%;当氨氮负荷为0.4 kg/(m3.d)时,上向流出水的氨氮为8 mg/L,达到了循环冷却水回用指标。而相应的下向流出水COD和氨氮分别为123 mg/L和15 mg/L。

Abstract:
To treat the fertilizer industrial wastewater, two sets of 60 L/h biological aerated filter are running simultaneously in the pilot-plant. The data show that the up-flow BAF has better COD and ammonia-nitrogen removals than down-flowBAF. When the CODloadingofinfluent comes to 3.49 kg/(m3·d), the CODofup-floweffluent is 45mg/L, and its removalrate is 89.5%; when the ammonia-nitrogen loading is 0.4kg/(m3·d), the ammonia-nitrogen of up-floweffluent is 8 mg/L. Thus, the effluent meets the requirements of recycled cooling water standard. However, the effluent COD and ammonia-nitrogen ofthe down-flow BAF are 123 mg/Land 15 mg/Lrespectively.
