铝型材废水的处理工艺

摘要:

在铝型材的表面处理中产生大量的酸碱废液,如不能有效地处理回收,将造成严重的环境污染和资源浪费。介绍了调节—中和混凝—过滤工艺处理铝型材生产废水工艺,处理后的废水达到生产工业用水标准,且工艺流程简单、投资少。讨论了废水处理工艺主要影响因素并提出了较佳的工艺控制参数。

Abstract:

A great deal of waste alkaline etchant is given out in the surface treatment of shaped aluminium, containing Al3+ and Cr6+.If this wastewater flows away without being processed and recycled, it will cause serious contaimination and waste.The process, regulation-neutralizing coagulation-filtration, is introduced for treating the rinsing wastewater in shaped aluminum production to meet the water quality of industrial reuse.This process is simple in technology and low in investment.The main factors effecting the treatment is discussed, and better parameters of technological control is presented.
