海绵铁抑制豆制品废水返色作用的研究

摘要:

采用ABR厌氧反应器与生物接触氧化法联合处理豆制品加工废水,在好氧段出现废水返色现象。向ABR反应器中投加海绵铁颗粒,激活厌氧微生物,有利于将大分子物质降解成更小分子物质,提高废水的可生化性,减轻后续处理负荷,使厌氧出水COD去除率提高20%,好氧段能有效抑制废水的返色,最终出水色度达到排放标准。

Abstract:

The combined process of ABR anerobic reactor and bio-contact oxidation has been applied to thetreatment of bean wastewater. The problem of color-return occurs to the aerobic section. Sponge iron particles areadded to the ABR reactor to activate anerobic microorganisms. Results show that the process is good fordegrading macro-moleculare substances to form mini molecular substances, improving the biodegradability ofwastewater, lightening the sequent treatment load and raising the COD removal rate by 20%. The aerobic sectioncan inhibit the color-return of wastewater efficiently, making the effluent reach the discharge standard.
