生物强化技术处理冷轧废水实践研究

Study on the application of bioaugmentation to cold rolling wastewater

摘要:

采用生物强化技术,向活性污泥系统中投加BP型高效复合微生物,考察其对冷轧废水的处理效果和最佳工艺参数.结果表明,在连续进水的条件下,控制活性污泥的SV30为20%、BP高效复合菌的投加质量浓度为10mg/L、HRT为20h、DO为4.0mg/L、温度为25~32℃,系统对CODCr、氨氮的去除率分别达到91%和95%以上,比对照组分别提高16%和5%.在某冷轧薄板厂污水处理站采用该技术对原生化系统进行改造后,出水水质稳定,各项指标达到了《钢铁工业水污染物排放标准》(GB13456—1992)的一级排放标准.

Abstract:

Bioaugmentation technology,adding engineering microorganisms BP into the activated sludge treatment system, has been used for treating cold rolling wastewater.The results show that when the wastewater is continuously injected, SV30 of the activated sludge is adjusted to 20%, the best additive concentration of BP is 10 mg/L, HRT is 20 h, DO is 4.0 mg/L, the temperature is controlled at the range of 25 ℃ to 32 ℃, the removal rates of CODCr and ammonia-nitrogen are up to 91% and 95% respectively which are 16% and 5% higher respectively than that of the contrast group without adding BP.After the bioaugmentation technology using BP is applied to the wastewater treatment station of a cold rolling sheet plant, the effluent water quality runs steadily.Every index can meet the requirements of the First Grade Standard of Pollutant Discharge from Iron and Steel Works (GB 13456—1992).
