摘要:

电化学法处理工业废水在国内外已有应用,但国内处理1 000 t/d以上重金属废水还没有实例。通过对电化学法处理重金属废水试验研究,分析确定了工业化应用方案,通过应用实践,解决了国内电化学法反应器处理量小、反应器结垢等技术问题,取得很好的应用效果。含多种重金属污染因子的有色冶炼工业废水,经电化学技术系统处理可实现稳定达标排放。

Abstract:

Electro-chemical method has been applied to the treatment of industrial wastewater both in China and abroad, but there have not been any examples of heavy metal wastewater treatment above 1 000 t/d in China. Based on the study on applying electro-chemical method to heavy metal wastewater and its results, the industrial application of electro-chemical method is analyzed. According to the practice in application, the technical problems that the reactor capacity of electro-chemical method in China is too small, and scale of the reactor are solved. Very good application results have been obtained. After the non-ferrous smelting wastewater containing a variety of heavy metal polluting factors is treated by the electro-chemical method, stable discharge standard can be obtained.
