摘要:
试验研究对象为辽宁省某石化公司PTA 综合废水。中试采用了缺氧好氧一体式膜生物反应器(A/OMBR)工艺。经过60 d 左右的运行,试验结果表明,系统处理效果理想。在进水COD 为291~713 mg/L、总氮为19~51mg/L 的情况下,系统出水COD<30 mg/L、氨氮<0.2 mg/L、总氮<10 mg/L,而且MBR 出水浊度<0.2 NTU、SS<5 mg/L、含油量<0.3 mg/L,因此系统出水指标优于《辽宁省污水综合排放标准》(DB 21/1627-2008),同时达到可回用于国家工业循环冷却水系统补水的水质要求。

Abstract:
The PTA comprehensive wastewater resulted from polyester process at a petrochemical company, in Liaoning Province is studied. A/O submerged membrane bioreactor (A/O-MBR) process has been used in the pilot test. After about 60 d of operation, the test results show that the treatment effect of the system is satisfactory. When the influent COD is 291-713 mg/L and TN 19-51 mg/L,the system effluent COD is less than 30 mg/L, ammonia nitrogen less than 0.2 mg/L,TN less than 10 mg/L,MBR effluent turbidity less than 0.2 NTU,SS less than 5 mg/L,and oil-content less than 0.3 mg/L. Therefore, the system effluent indexes are superior to the Effluent Wastewater Discharge Standard in Liaoning Province(DB 21/1627-2008),meeting the water quality requirements for national industrial make-up water of circulating cooling water systems.
